Neon lights flood the ring, revealing boxers performing the spiritual 'Wai Khru' (a ceremony to thank teachers, spirits, boxing ring and the sport). Thai-style boxing originated in Ayutthaya five centuries ago, and is today a major attraction nightly, at two Bangkok stadium; Lumpini & Ratchadamnoen Stadium.
